King City
A unique 4.3 acre site bordered by ravine in the heart of King City was created through partnership and the careful assembly of 5 adjacent residential lots. Extensive due diligence, including review of required planning permissions and market research, revealed the potential of the project in a highly sought-after location in York Region. We initiated preliminary reports and review by consultants, as well as development consultation with the city to establish the potential for a 56 unit townhouse development.  
Newmarket
A well located development just west of Main Street in central Newmarket with convenient access to transit and the historic downtown. The project consisted of a 40 stacked townhouse units, to be built on an approximately 0.73 acre site. We performed due diligence analysis and strategic planning, including market studies, and managed the project though planning approvals along with a team of consultants.
Mississauga
Currently a fully leased retail plaza located on Dundas Street East in Mississauga, this 2.9 acre site was acquired in partnership. In-depth research and discussion with planning consultants, revealed this site has a strong prospective for higher density redevelopment. Located along a rapid transit corridor, and identified as an intensification area by the Official Plan, we are proposing a mixed-use mid-rise format and will be working through the entitlements process with the city.

A prime industrial property situated at 2365 and 2401 Dixie Rd., Mississauga. The property, encompassing a 193,491 sq. ft. building, is positioned on a land area spanning 29.8 acres. Similar to our ongoing high-density redevelopment project on Dundas Street East, this property offers an equally exciting opportunity.
